Need Computer Help Quickly?
Your best bet is to leave a post on our forums, because you’ll get a much quicker response from our team of helpful geeks. Your question will also be seen by a wider number of people that very likely have experienced the same problem before.
Removing Your Information from CaffineGeeks
If you or somebody else has accidentally or purposely posted personal information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, or similar private information, you may contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to remove it.
Note: We will not remove forum accounts that you have deliberately created and used to post on our forum. You can log in to your profile and remove personal information yourself, but the username and posts will not be deleted.
Using Our Work
We do not allow anyone to republish our articles. This site has taken literally thousands of hours of work to create and maintain, and every single article is original copyrighted content. I understand that in the how-to/tech world there are only so many ways to do something, so we’re not trying to imply that you can’t write a similar article or quote one of our articles with a link back, but we are saying you can’t copy our words and screenshots. Please don’t ask.
You are, however, welcome to translate the articles into another language, as long as you follow a couple of rules:
- You cannot use our images.
You must link back to the original article.
Contacting the How-To Geeks Directly
If you have comments, questions, feedback, or business requests, you can feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but please note that computer help questions sent to this address will be mostly ignored, so PLEASE post your help questions over on the forum.
Note: We do not allow purchasing of static text links on our site to help you game Google results. If you do email us asking for them, we will taunt you with absurd quotes and generally make fun of you.
Requesting a Correction
If there is a factual problem with one of our articles, please contact us at email@example.com and we will review your request. You can also leave a correction in the forum comments for the article in question, if they are still open.
